Changing Your Password and Deleting Your Account

Change Password

Update your password anytime in SettingsSecurity:
1. Enter your Current Password
2. Enter your New Password
3. Confirm New Password
4. Click Update Password

All fields include a visibility toggle (👁) so you can double-check what you're typing.

Tips for a strong password:

  • At least 8 characters

  • Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols

  • Don't reuse passwords from other services

  • Use a password manager
  • For additional security, enable two-factor authentication — see Setting up 2FA.

    ⚠️ Delete Account

    This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes:

  • All websites and their configurations

  • All tours and hint bubbles

  • Your subscription and billing history

  • All account settings and preferences
  • How to Delete


    1. Scroll to the Delete Account section
    2. Read the warning carefully
    3. Click Delete My Account
    4. Confirm by entering your email address

    Before You Delete


  • Export your tours first — download your configurations from the Tours page

  • Cancel your subscription — if you have an active Pro plan, cancel it in Billing first

  • Consider downgrading — you can switch to Free instead of deleting everything
  • There is no way to recover a deleted account. If you're unsure, reach out to us first.
