Illumate UI works with any modern public website. Enter the URL in your dashboard and start creating tours immediately. Our secure proxy loads the site and injects the tour script without affecting the original website. Some legacy sites with strict security headers may have limited compatibility.

Yes! The full theme editor lets you customize primary and secondary colors, background and text colors, border radius, font family, and button styles (filled, outline, or ghost). Every hint bubble can feel completely native to your product with a live preview as you design.

On the Free plan, you can create 1 tour with up to 10 steps on 1 website, and submit up to 2 feedback requests per month. If you need more, simply upgrade to Pro for unlimited websites, tours, steps, and feedback submissions. Your existing tours are never deleted.

Security is built into every layer. Pro users get two-factor authentication compatible with any TOTP authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, and others), session management with device tracking, and the ability to revoke sessions from unfamiliar devices. All data is encrypted and our proxy is read-only — it never modifies the original website.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. You'll keep access to your plan features until the end of your billing period.
